It is not allowed to have meal in rooms.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool is a private one. Our guests may use it but only with special permission from the owner. Children might only use it under parents' or accompanying adults' supervision. Parents or relatives will have to sign a piece of paper saying the owner isn't reponsible.

Bed & Breakfast Conditions of Reservation

Domaine du Gué de la Roche Special Conditions:

Reservations will only be effective after receiving a down payment of 35% (check). This check will be cashed only at the end of your stay.

The outstanding balance is to be paid fully at time of arrival. Drinks and other extra provisions will be paid at the end of the stay.

Guests' cancelling :
You must notify cancellation by letter to the owner.

Cancellation before the beginning of the stay :
It is understood that the down payment will be kept by the owner if cancellation happens more than 94 hours before the beginning of the stay.

Cancellation in less than 48 hours before the beginning of the stay :
It is understood that the down payment will be kept by the owner who reserves the right to demand the oustanding balance.

It is understood that the owner will have the right to use his rooms, If guests do not come forward before 6:00 pm ont the day of his stay. The down payment will be kept by the owner who reserves the right to demand the oustanding balance.

In case of a short-cut stay, the corresponding prices of the lodging will be kept in full by the owner.

Taking care of premises :
Guests will have to show respect for the peaceful nature of the premises. They will have to use them according to their purpose. Making meals in the rooms is forbidden.
If these elementary rules are not respected, the owner reserves the right to cancel the stay and to keep the price of the lodging.

Swimming-pool :
Using the swimming-pool is only with the owner's permission. The owner will not be taken responsible in case of an accident.
The use of the swimming-pool is forbidden for children less than 12 years of age. In all cases, it will be done under parents' or accompanying adults' responsibility. The owner will not be taken reponsible of looking after children.

A copy of these conditions is to be found in every room.
